I may be biased, but I think these books are awesome. I spent a lot of time with my amazing editor, Tiffany Yates-Martin, writing and rewriting and rewriting some more. This lady has edited for the likes of Anne Rice and Jim Butcher so she knows her stuff. She really helped me make the Sunwalker Saga shine!
Kissed by Darkness has about 5k of extra material and Kissed by Fire has nearly 10k extra. They’re bigger, badder, and kick more butt!
Best of all, these new versions are available not only in ebook form, but also in paperback and audio book. Can I get a SQUEE?
You can go straight to my Amazon store HERE.
What about Kissed by Smoke?
Well, that baby has got and extra 20k of juicy new material. That’s right. Twenty thousand words.
It’s by far the most changed of the three novels and, quite possibly, now my favorite. And it, kind ladies and gentlemen, is coming out this Christmas! But, if you’re super eager, you can pre-orderit now.
Let’s just hope the Mayan’s were wrong…
So what does this mean for future books?
Well, I’m still writing the Dragon Wars series and right now I’m working on the third book, Dragon Goddess. I’m totally enamored of the new show Revolution and am finding it very inspiring! I’m bound and determined to get this book out by the end of November.
After that I’m going to focus on Kissed by Moonlight, the fourth novel in my Sunwalker Saga. I have no idea on a release date yet, but this is gonna be a good one!
Once those are finished, I’m going to FINALLY move on to A Rage of Angels. I had originally planned on doing this one next, but something else is speaking to me so that’s what I’m doing.
I might squeeze a couple of Cupcake Goddess novelettes in there somewhere. Currently I have two out: Be Careful What You Wish For and Nothing Tastes As Good. They’re both fun, fast reads and I had a kick writing them. But if you want a taste, check out my Cupcake Goddess short story Soulfully Sweet in The Eclective’s new collection out for Halloween, The Haunted Collection. It’s going to be FREE this Friday (5 Oct) and Sat (6 Oct).
In completely totally random news, it looks like I’ll be going to DragonCon next year. At least that’s what I think it’s called. It’s in Atlanta and my good friend and writing buddy LM Pruitt asked me if I wanted to go.
Atlanta may never be the same…
